Miguel and his staff helped us sell our condo in the beginning of the year 2012 and they did an awesome job keeping us updated throughout the entire time. We are on the East Coast and it did not matter, they made sure Utility workers would be able to get in and out of the home to hook up electric/gas for the buyers agents. They went above and beyond to help us make this as smooth and easy as possible. Miguel kept calling us at times that were most convienient to us and not to him, 3 hour difference. We still receive updates from him and his family every Christmas and it is way more of a warm relationship then just a cold business deal kind of relationship. There isn't anyone in the real estate business that knows more about the market in Santa Clarita than Miguel Soler. Miguel found a house in Santa Clarita for us which fit our objective perfectly. The house needed some work and we were able to purchase the house well below the market value. Some months later when we decided to sell the house and move on, Miguel not only sold the house on the first day that it was offered, but the sales price was for more than the asking price.
