2. Carbon Monoxide Detectors Installed and working (per Manual Instructions and State code) One within 15 feet of each bedroom door and one on each floor.
3. Smoke Detectors installed and working per state code (All bedrooms must have a working smoke detector and 1 on all levels, 10 year battery)
4. Water Heater is double strapped per state code. (1 strap top third and 1 strap on bottom third of heater)
5. Replace Non-Working Light Bulbs
6. Attic made accessible.
7. Under floor crawl space made accessible. (if any)
8. Heater and AC accessible. Change filters if necessary
9. Electrical panel accessible.
10, Garage accessible and door operable.
11, Exterior of the building accessible.
12. Any pets, animals, confined to designated area.
13. Disclosure of any issues that may affect the property.
14. Write a note explaining any special operating instructions (for example, pool light switches, etc.)
